The menu is a carefully curated showcase of standout dishes that promise to captivate every palate. Picture the rich, garlicky allure of their Crawfish & Garlic Noodles, where tender crawfish nestle amid perfectly al dente noodles bathed in an intoxicating blend of garlic and butter. For those seeking an explosion of spice and crunch, the Bang Bang Shrimp and Sticky Wings Gluten-Free are irresistible starters that marry vibrant textures with fiery complexity.
Highlighting their commitment to diverse flavors, the Texas BBQ Brisket Spring Rolls and Texas BBQ Brisket Fried Rice beautifully marry southern comfort with Vietnamese tradition, creating an unexpected yet harmonious fusion. Not to be missed is the Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap, a colorful bowl brimming with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and a perfect fried egg, delivering a comforting, soulful experience in every bite.
Dessert here is equally daring and delightful. The Rubbish Apple Pie a La Mode takes a modern spin on the classic, delivering warmth and sweetness with every forkful, finishing your meal on a high note.
The drinks program deserves equal accolades. Expertly crafted house cocktails like the Phorita—a bold reinterpretation of the classic margarita infused with jalapeño tequila and housemade beef pho broth—or the refreshingly vibrant Watermelon Crush featuring Peruvian pisco and guava, elevate the dining experience into something truly memorable. Each sip reveals layers of creativity and balance that mirror the culinary approach of the kitchen.

Food: such a wonderful variety of unique and delicious dishes! Service: wonderfully thoughtful and attentive waiting staff Atmosphere: cute and classy but not stuffy. Relaxed environment with families, couples and friends dining here
The food here is outstanding — full of flavor and beautifully presented. I truly admire Chef Christine Hà’s talent and vision; dining here feels both delicious and inspiring.
I visited here along with 12 other coworkers on a Tuesday night. The first thing I’ll say is that we had some last minute additions to our party and considering we had 13 people, our server did a great job taking care of us. Thank you! For the food and drinks, I will say that the drinks are easily a 5/5 stars. Every drink we got was amazing and the mezcal watermelon shots were some of the best I’ve ever had. The food was a bit disappointing on my end. The dumplings, not pictured, were surprisingly mediocre and tasted like ones you would just get out of a bag. Desserts were ok. Nothing to write home about. The steak with green curry sauce was amazing though along with the salmon, also not pictured. The fried rice was also just ok. I expected more from the food considering that I heard the chef won awards and was on a TV show. The restaurant layout was cool although some of the Asian decorations were a bit tacky. It was also really loud in there and hard to hold a conversation even though it didn’t seem like any parties there were speaking loudly.
Great food with delicious Vietnamese influence. There wasn't a dish we didn't love. We had the following: pork belly skewers, oysters, sticky wings, dumplings, hanger steak, whole fish, rubbish apple pie, and pandan tres leches. Everything was perfectly cooked with lots of flavor. The service was great, too! Tip: Go on a Monday when they have their all-day happy hour.
My husband and I went to The Blind Goat tonight for our 5 year anniversary and it was absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff were fabulous. We had Dallas as our server and she was so kind, attentive and helpful. But what will have us coming back very soon is the food, it was out of this world. We shared a couple appetizers which were perfect. When then shared the chicken curry and caramelized salmon and I couldn’t recommend these two dishes enough. However, we can’t wait to come back to try something new. Don’t forget the cocktails, absolutely delicious. This place really checked every box for us. We will be back!
